Lada Taiga 4x4

Lada Niva has many names worldwide. It was called Cossack in the UK, Job in Italy, Bushman in Australia, Super 4x4 in Egypt, Sport in Iceland, or like this one I spotted in Zell am Ziller - Taiga (German and Austrian markets). Extensive off-road capabilities and affordable price made it very popular not only in the Soviet Union, but also in the export markets. One of the sources note that at one point Niva had more than 40% share in the Europe's 4x4 cars market. Almost unchanged in appearance since 1977, Niva is still in production. Its base price starts from EUR 12k (Germany).
